I've been on the BC patch (Ortho Evra) for about 2 months now... in that time I've gained 10 or so pounds.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to not gain weight on the patch or possible one that I can switch to that doesn't make you gain as much weight?

I wish I could take the pills, but I can't remember to take a pill everyday and I don't want a constant period/baby.

  So does being ana make your period like dissapear? I noticed it didnt come for along time until i started eating a ittle more and it was very shortlived.

  I was at marching band on Friday and we were standing up so long

now my mother is on to me like a hawk as well as my friends and teachers
I just have to be extra sneaky
even dad, who usually doesn't care about me at all buys me burger king yesturday
so I fed some of it to the dog, gave my brother a little extra, and ate some
and then I went on a walk and did some excercising

  alright well i am officially addicted to two diet pills plus water weight goners haha and it sucks but i feel gooder anyways i have a few tips for all u ladies...here goes

1)if u are home alone alot or not this could work for you- if you want ur parents thinking that ur eating even tho ur on a diet do this--get leftovers (so its not a big waste) and put it in a bowl/plate (wutever) and then go to the bathroom and flush it then quickly go to ur room and then come out in like 15 mins and its empty "cuz you ate it" then they think u did -- this works well if u are "studying alot" and dont have time to "eat" with the family haha or if ur home alone just dump some down the toilet and if they ask say,"yeah i had some [insert wutever food here] earlier." they check and ur scott free.

2)if you share a computer or have nosy parents--there is a program which clears EVERYTHING (like history and stuff) and its called "Cleanup!" u can google search that and its free -not only price wise but spyware and viruses so no worries- and just a two second install and its not complicated AT ALL and then u dont have to worry about them stumbling upon anything.

3)for hunger growls or no energy on fasts- if u get grumbles and wut not and feel VERY hungry then take a cap full of vinegar-yeah its really nasty and wut not but it works INSTANTLY!!!!- and i suggest taking Mega-T green tea pills (LOL) while on fasts for energy and it keeps ur metabolism wicked.

Today I printed out a bunch of pictures of Mary Kate [Olsen] because I noticed that whenever I look at her pictures on the computer it keeps me from eating so much, but since I don't have a computer with me everywhere, I'm going to paste them everywhere else. Hopefully it will help some people as well as I.

Hi guys! Sorry havent posted for a while, but i been away. I have pics, but cant loas them on so the URL's r below so just click or copy paste! I have been going ok, slowly but surely! im not too far away from my goal weight i think, my STGW. I was 121 and am now 113 which i am stoked about, but it is taking a little while, but i have been binging but its been 3 weeks since any bad food! i stick to small but high energy which works for me! a LOW GI is important cuz u feel full longer n the energy from the food doesnt turn into fat as quick! so brown bread n stuff like that! Thinspiration is also rly helpful for me, but i tend to be more inspired by NORMAL ppl, as in not models or famous ppl just normal ppl who dont have the $$$ for personal trainers etc! so have a look on the net! see below some pics.

Okay.

My mom has finally let up on forcing me to eat, she's not home anymore anyways. So, today I'm going to start a water fast that I can hopefully keep up until Friday or Saturday. I was going to start today, but my friend offered me a muffin this morning and after only 13 hours of no food, I still couldn't resist. I remember when I had enough willpower to not eat for weeks at a time. And now I can't even last a day. Its horrible. I want to cry. Just cry and cry and cry. My mom has transformed me back into what I was. I hate her for it. She WILL NOT beat me. I will defeat all of her desires. Wish me luck everyone. This is going to be my most difficult fast ever.

  Gosh, I really need to learn how to stop eating so much. I need help. BAD. I don't get how it's so easy for everyone else. I see people that don't eat for like a week. And I can't even go a day without eating less than 500 cal. . HELP PLEASE!!!

  Hi guys. I hope you all are doing wonderful~! I decided that there isn't enough support out there for us people trying to lose weight. Everything is always about ED being so awful, but you know what... screw that! I created my own website full of thinspiring pics and quotes and some great song lyrics. It is still under the cut, but I will be adding a posting forum and guest book so that we can all talk about our issues.   Hi my name’s Marianne, and I wanted to share with everyone my story so far...

HELP!!!! I was down to 165 and my mom forced me to eat... she saw that I wasn't... that was a week ago... and now I'm back up to 180. I've GAINED 15 pounds in a week!!! It's like she wants me to be fat! How can I avoid her. What can I do to convince her to stop force feeding me!? She sat me in the kitchen and wouldn't leave the room until I ate what she had prepared! She did this an entire week. I want to die! What can I do?!

I need some thinspiration and LOTS of advice!
